Change Log for Version 2.12 Release

* Can set the site in maintenance mode only for the users, admin can login and work in the admin panel

* Admin can send notification to users , lock the users account until the user replies. API will work normally. Similarly users can also send messages to admin.

* Place order page layout changes, can be controlled from admin

* Can provide your own contact details or text to be displayed in the footer.
